Amy, Can you tell me where the transcript came from that you have an image of? It’s the one under “Necessary Transcript Information” heading. I have one and I thought I downloaded it here. Thanks!

Hi Christina, You can choose from three transcript template options here. You’d want the one that says “organized by year.” Hope that helps! 🙂
